Community Clean-Up

10/10 being able to help out within the community!

- My Direct Service with this organization was cleaning up the Soulsville area by picking up trash in that neighborhood. Additionally, this event was environmental facing but will highly impact the people in that area by not having trash/glass on sidewalks, roads, and yards. It will also help any animals in the area so they won't eat any trash.
- This activity aligned with my personal values because Its very important to me to improve the environment and additionally, help people which both of these beliefs were fulfilled through this volunteer event by the clean up!
- Through this service, I realized that this neighborhood is near a school, fire station, church, and it is a very occupied neighborhood. With this being known, it is extremely important that people keep this areas clean and safe!
- I was able to work in a group with my fellow Frosh Camp Counselor while doing this community service. This impacted my service by the amount of joy and fulfillment I felt by helping the community! Additionally, I was able to bond with my fellow counselors as well.
