I went to the Memphis Animal Service and it was the best experience I have had at a shelter. They were clear at where I needed to go and I never felt lost. I was able to take a dog named Betsy with me on a field trip. She is a stray and is only 8 months old which means she is still a baby. Betsy is so energetic, kind, and curious. She has so much energy that she ran for about 10 minutes straight with me.

This was such a fun and sweet thing to do! Lorenza was the most relaxed dog I have ever met. We walked around the lake at Shelby Farms (she walks so well, she never pulled and never barked) and had a picnic.
