Community Clean-Up

This experience influenced me to being more eco-friendly in the future with my own business, motivating me to adopt to sustainable practices that reduce waste and encourage environmental responsibility among customers and partners. It bought new insights on how a business can contribute to positive change and emphasized a sense of responsibility for the impact of my actions on the community and environment. Working with other volunteers as a team strengthened my teamwork skills and the team's efficient collaboration made the experience smooth and rewarding. I would definitely plan to volunteer for this organization again given their dedication to provide a good and safe community for everybody. An unexpected challenge that occurred when our cleaning route was extended mid-service but as a team, we adapted and completed the full route, making sure everything was cleaned.
