In the meeting, Precious gave us her background story about her achievements. She was on Shark Tank. She started her own business. She created a few books. Most importantly, she became the Pitch Queen. Precious gave several tips on making a pitch. The most essential tip she gave was to keep your pitch short but utilize most of the time given in the window of two minutes.
In the second meeting, Mary Davis explained why it is important to update our online profile. It is importantly to stay consistent and to keep updating our profiles. Our profiles are important for having a chance to advance in our careers because companies need to know that they aren't responding to an unqualified or unreliable asset (you). Your profile must express that you are reliable. Requirements and misconceptions about our profiles were discussed, and several questions were answered. Examples and illustrations showed the do's and don'ts of a profile. Linkedin is the main platform that is useful for networking; a good profile will give several opportunities.

I walked in the hot sun to get toys for the Summer Toy Drive. I took some time to select the toys I wanted to purchase, and I got the ones I thought would be cool to play with. I purchased a kazoo for the music players, sludge for fidgeters, and mini discs for more physically active children.
