I made two dozen cookies for a non-profit called Hands to Heart to support them in their very successful bake sale. I learned how difficult it is to make cookies when you live in a dorm; however, it was well worth it to see the finished product! These cookies were put into an array of boxes then sold to raise money for St. Jude. Overall, I had a good time being a part of this project, but next time I will make sure I have a kitchen before signing up to bake cookies!

This was a perfect service opportunity because I love to be active, and each time I was active I got give back to those in need. How perfect?

Being a part of a sisterhood who puts on events even during a worldwide pandemic is something extremely special. I am so thankful to have been able to participate in our Fighting Hunger 5K.
