    At 3:00pm, I was at the Hill Auditorium setting up things and the welcome banner.
    At 5:00pm, we started to check in people and attended the event until 6:30pm
    After the event we were at the cultural pop up table to do Henna designs.
    Later on, I helped Cynthia and other CORE members to pick up the tables and clear the area.
