I love going and it will for sure be a frequent volunteer spot in this upcoming year. I used to volunteer at a church back home on Wednesday nights, doing something similar, and it brings back memories of my times then. I loved it! It is always an eye opener and this time I met Ms. Olivia today and her story was heartwarming to hear, because she accredits our good savor Jesus, and anyone who does that has my love always.

Always and forever an eye opener to go out in the community and serve. Broadens your perspective every time and as someone who deals in empathy, it increases the flow of that.

During this event I helped prepared breakfast, prepped to go boxes, and cooked. I cleaned the kitchen and washed dishes after we finished prepping the breakfast boxes. I also handed out the prepped breakfast along with hygiene bags.
