Youth Resource Fair Tabling Registration

About

The Youth Resource Fair is a citywide Halloween-themed community engagement event designed to connect Memphis youth and families with mentoring organizations, schools, workforce development programs, arts organizations, family support agencies, and community resources. Through strategic partnerships with MENTOR Memphis Grizzlies, City of Memphis Youth Services, and Crosstown Arts, the event aims to provide meaningful resource connections, family engagement opportunities, youth-centered activities, live performances, and community celebration while serving more than 150 youth and family participants and engaging 50 community organizations.

Youth Resource Tabling Requirements

  • Check-In before 1pm
  • Wear a company shirt or costume (no masks).
  • Bring candy for guests (expecting 350+ people).
  • Bring your own table (8 ft. max).
  • Bring 2 chairs.
  • Bring 2 people to represent your organization.
  • Please keep your table staffed at all times during tabling hours.
  • Stay for the entire fair from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM.

Prepare a 2-minute live presentation about your free services. (Optional) 

Things to note: 

  • Electricity/Wi-Fi is not provided. 
  • Organizations may distribute promotional materials and giveaways.
  • You are not allowed to sell anything
  • No Banners
  • The event is free and family-friendly.
  • Other food options will be available for purchase if you miss the lunch window

We are providing lunch to all participants, so please follow the instructions below:

  • 12:00 PM | Load-In, Check-In, and Set-Up Begins
  • 1:00 PM | Check-In Ends
  • 1:30 PM | Lunch
  • 2:00 PM | Walkthrough
  • 2:30 PM | Report to Assigned Areas
  • 3:00 PM | Tabling Begins
  • 6:00 PM | Tabling Ends
