About
Volunteers are needed to help clean up parts of the Wolf River trail.
This time we will meet at the Germantown Trail Head (On google maps it will be listed as Wolf River Refuge Trailhead.
This spot offers two routes the volunteers can take, one group can take the yellow trail including the beach, and the other group can tackle the blue trail. This location is also almost completely shaded as the trails run through the forest paralleling the wolf river.
In the attached photo you can see the blue trail and yellow trail as well as the parking area for the event. The entrance to this area is at the intersection of Germantown Pkwy and S Walnut Bend Rd. There will be a little bit of overlap until we get to the point where the trails diverge. The yellow trail and the beach will most likely have the most amount of trash.
Hope to see you there!
