The Festival takes place Sunday, November 21, 2021, at The Columns in the most beautiful setting in Downtown Memphis. The abundance of artisan shops and restaurants showcasing fantastic products and supporting local eats and their economy. Attendees will walk at leisure around the grounds, bite-size tastes of showcasing products while pairing the bites with wine, beer, and cider. Proceeds benefit Church Health, which provides quality, affordable health care for uninsured, underserved people and their families.

The Festival is comprised of two Tasting Sessions. Each Tasting Session runs for 2 hours. Attendees will be given a small tasting board and wine glass upon entry to allow samples to be placed on this board while food artisans and local restaurants describe the item being showcased.

Sunday ​Tasting Sessions:
Afternoon Tasting : 3pm - 5pm
Evening Tasting: 6pm - 8pm


Volunteers assist in the Zero Waste effort for the Festival with different opportunities on Saturday set-up and Sunday event day.

Saturday, November 20, 2021
Two, 3-hour shifts to assist in breaking down cardboard and ensuring that recyclable items are captured for recycling.  Under 21 may volunteer for Saturday hours but WILL NOT be eligible for a tasting session on Sunday.
You are welcome to attend the Pre-Party at Comeback Coffee on November 14. 

Sunday, November 21, 2021, 21-years-old and over, only
Two, 3-hour shifts as Zero Waste Ambassadors: Hang out in pairs near the three-tier waste systems and help guide attendees and vendors to throw their waste in the right bin.
There will be a review of waste systems at the beginning of each shift.
Volunteers are welcome to enjoy the festival food and beverages upstairs and attend the Pre-Party at Comeback Coffee on November 14.

Requirement Details

Volunteers are required to show proof of vaccination and wear a mask for the duration of their time, unless eating or drinking, 


Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
