I enjoyed the speaker, Vanessa Clark. She was very professional and knowledgeable with throughout her speech with a sense of humor. I enjoy meetings with speakers like Vanessa. I loved how she joked about the snack bag and to get full before we arrive. She also gave examples of how to politely ask the visitors if they could please keep the line moving.
