I had so much fun volunteering with Potter's House! What we did was sort through bins of stuff and categorize them. It was cool seeing what could happen when a community comes together in order to help each other out.
I had a great time today decorating and putting together self-care bags for girls! I’m glad that we are able to help these girls by giving them things they need and other things to brighten their day. I know I would’ve appreciated it at their age.
I am really grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with Student Engagement and Circles NWA, and getting to see the members of the Fayetteville community benefit from the service. I appreciate that Circles NWA is spreading awareness about the housing crisis in Arkansas, and I hope to do the same after tonight. I had the job of directing the event attendees to the event location.
I had so much fun helping the Greenland booster club work the concession stand. Being back in that atmosphere really reminded me of home, and it’s good to know that the smaller places in our community are still looked out for. I’m glad I could provide service to the Greenland community and help the night run more smoothly.
I really enjoyed volunteering tonight and getting to see the local residents benefit from the service. My duties included bagging cat food and litter and helping clean up. As a pet owner myself, I think it's really cool that We are Nourished Food Pantry looks out for the furry household members, as well.
