I had an amazing time, this was not my first time doing these sort of things. I really enjoy seeing the joy in the kids eyes when they are having fun playing a sport they love. It is always awesome to see kids I work with put it into their games and dominant.
I loved having a new perspective as being a coach instead of a player. I loved listening to the coaches talk and getting their perspective on how practices should go. It was a great experience and getting just get hands on with a team and being able to see them compete on the field was amazing.
I love working these camps because they allow me to work with the next generation of the game I love. It is awesome to see kids look up to me and that I can make an impact on these kids lives is awesome to me. These kids really benefitted from this camp with the knowledge of the coaches and the value of the sport and how to play it the right way.
I had a good time with Mr. Zach he had me help with him adding on a man cave to his garage. We did everything from putting the walls up, insolation, ceilings, and toilets etc...It took two days working six hours a day but it was worth it to see the final project. He had started the base before I had got there but I helped him put all room together. It was a very good experience and something new for me to step outside my comfort zone.
It was a great experience I grew up going to these camps and looking up to the players, and now I got the chance for two years in a row to help work the camp and work with these young kids.
I had a great time meeting young men and women and seeing how the answers differed for each table
It was a fun time being with my teamates and being able to help young kids get better at the game they love.
