This was my first time donating blood and it was pretty scary at first. It is always nerve-racking thinking about seeing a lot of blood in a bag, however, it was a very rewarding experience and I honestly felt just as good when I got there compared to when I left. The process itself was short and quick just the lines were long and that is such a good thing in this circumstance! Donating blood may seem like a risk, but it really is giving something so little that has the opportunity to make a big impact.

Doing this reminded me of how simple it is to leave a place better than you found it!
Doing this reminded me how easy it is to leave a place better than you found it. My dog and I go walking on trails daily and I am now committed to picking up trash wherever we go.
This survey taught me about the potential for non-profit studies minor, which I am very interested in. I hope to see one available for everyone soon, rather than just the minor open to Walton students.
I had so much fun volunteering here! The vibes were so encouraging and honestly inspiring. My job was not only to direct our bikers along the trail but also to be an encourager throughout their experience! We got there at 6:15 am to help set up and left roughly at 11 am after clean up!
I love being able to give someone a brighter day, you never know how big of an impact it can make.

Thank you for helping us out with Operation HOPE Summer :)
