Attended the Find Your Impact session that had information about Pedal It Forward NWA. It was very nice to hear about a new organization and the impact they have had on providing bikes in the area
Went to the animal shelter for a few hours. Walked and played with a couple dogs and hung out with an absolute sweetheart of a cat named Brody for awhile. It was nice to spend time with some sweet animals!

I attended the distinguished lecture of Dr. Bernice King. She shared a lot of wisdom and provided thought-provoking topics related to her experience and how she views the world. It was interesting to get see the work she has done and how she took her family's teachings and used them as a foundation for the work she is doing today. Glad I got the opportunity to go!
Attended the resume basics workshop hosted by Dr. Hancox. It was useful since I've been needing to use my resume more these days and needed a refresher on things to help refine it. Glad I attended this helpful workshop!
