This year our chapter, Epsilon, was doing something a new that we had never done before that consists of us putting together goodie baskets/kits for people with breast cancer that were going through mastectomy's! I absolutely love this idea and was so happy to donate something for the kits. I donated 3 mastectomy pillows to help during their recovery period!

Unfortunately this event got cancelled due to weather but I know that it would have been a lot of fun! I know that the money we did raise for this event will really help our philanthropy.
I raised a total of $100, which was $50 over my goal of $50! I am so blessed to everyone who donated to my crowdchange and to the breast cancer education and awareness foundation.
This service hour consisted of making cards and writing sweet notes for children in the hospital. I am very passionate about children and I even work with children in hospitals with my nursing career so this service hour meant a lot to me. I know how much things like these make those kids smile!
These 2 service hours were spent at Zeta's own Call for a Cure! I love being able to volunteer and give back directly through my own sorority's events. The money goes to our philanthropy which I am very passionate about and I am proud of how much money we have raised so far.
I really like the opportunity that forever red provides. I like that this goes back towards my own student community and towards my campus.
I loved getting to interact with all types of members of our community while also raising money for a cause and philanthropy that I am passionate and proud to apart of.
I loved that this service helped so many children be able to have the opportunity to learn something and help grow their knowledge in reading! I also loved that this was sponsored by a Zeta Tau Alpha Epsilon alumni!

I wrote encouraging letters and words to sexual assault survivors. I thought this was an easy, but effective, way to show survivors that they are not in their fight alone.
