Helped organize clothing for an upcoming February clothes drive. Also helped with tutoring after school kids for a while! Made a lot of progress.

It was fun to organize and resort clothes while remembering what cause the thrift store donations were going to. It also made me happy to see how many people donated clothes to the women's shelter for pure purposes and there was a big drive of each woman who worked there.

This was my most favorite volunteer opportunity as the ones I have done in the past. It was so cool to see how functional LifeSource was for different things. At first I worked in the food pantry sorting food, then all of a sudden the tables in the entry area of the building turned into a place for kids to sit and get free after school tutoring and snacks. I had never tutored children before but I helped out for an hour and really liked it!
