Today, I did hearing screenings on children of all different age groups. I have learned how to appropriately give directions better to the children and make them feel comfortable.

I went to Epley to watch someone get a hearing aid, but there was technical difficulties. Therefore, we did not get to see much, but it was still a learning experience.

Today, I went to Ramay Junior High to perform hearing screenings on 7th and 8th graders. I previously did it at Asbnell Elementary, but I believe I have a better understanding of hearing screenings. This was my second time to perform hearing screenings, and I believe I did a lot better today.

Today, I went to Asbell Elementary to observe and do hearing screenings with Dr. Gilbertson. It was an enjoyable experience. I got to interact with the children and learn how to use the audiometer. I got to also see an ear with too much ear wax which affected his hearing screening.
