It was a good change of pace from the normal hours I would get, and I had a blast choreographing a dance that made so many people smile and have a good time too. My favorite part was seeing what all of the other teams had choreographed and how creative they were.
I had a great time playing with other fraternities for such a great cause. I'm glad I was able to participate in this softball tournament!
This day at LifeSource I was in the computer lab helping a kid with homework. It's enriching being able to connect with the kids.
I had helped set up and be a part of a suicide prevention event put on by Theta Chi. I helped organize the tables and pass out flyers, hot chocolate, and pizza to those who passed by outside the Union.
I had a lot of fun meeting new kids today and playing legos and coloring with them. Can't wait to come back!
The volunteers and I at LifeSource had set up games and different activities for the kids. We helped the kids learn the different activities and have a good time, while passing out candy. Everybody there was great, and it showed who the volunteers were there for.
It was a wonderful time playing softball with a good group of guys. I learned a lot about the cause and knew that the fundraising would be very beneficial. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.
