    The event was very educational learning about International Paper Recycle and their goals for their business in the community.

    America Recycles Day partnership with International Paper

    I learn ways to recycle and to protect our planet. We went around streets, public buildings, and residential areas to pick up trash. I saw trash ranging from plastic straws to a whole onion that was thrown on to the sidewalk. So it was fun experience making friends and interacting with the coordinator of the event.

    It was a fun experience for teams to pack foods to race against the time and we had over 10,000 packages sealed full of nutritional value food like soy, rice, etc. For people that can't access food to help fight against hunger and be healthy.
