Girls Inc. Weekday Farm Day

I developed collaboration and community-support skills during this amazing experience. I learned that Girls Inc, provides engaging hands-on programs, such as their weekday farm days, to help young ladies build life skills, connect with nature, and foster their own positive growth. We worked closely as a team in the greenhouse. There was only two of us who volunteered for this shift, which strengthened our ability to coordinate and be efficient. Together, we cut out charts for the girls to track their plant watering, watered existing plants, and planted seeds of our own. Overall, it was a rewarding experience and I can’t wait to return back to Girls Inc.

It was very fun and outgoing, I loved it!
