It's always a pleasure to volunteer here! I highly recommend it!
I volunteered and I got to greet the guests as they walked in. I served them coffee and water and talked to them. I loved getting to learn more about them and develop bonds with the guests. When they left, I cleaned up the refreshments and the room where they stayed in. I can't wait to keep going back!

It was a great opportunity for self-humility and overall gratitude towards the epidemic in Memphis that is homelessness. The staff was friendly and modest and I heavily enjoyed hanging out with the great but unfortunate people there.
