We created motivational posters for use at future races for the University of Memphis!

Great time to bond & serve!

I went to the MLK day of service with my Orientation Guide team. We got to spend more time together and grow closer as a team since this was one of our first times together. This made the experience more enjoyable and made me want to go above and beyond with our service project. We made posters for a race, and we came up motivational quotes together. The directors of the race we were making the posters for were extremely grateful and tons of thank-yous went around. I think I improved my artistic skills because my poster turned out pretty well! I love making posters like these for organizations because I do think it helps to show that people care and are rooting for them.

The volunteer experience was nice, calm and very laid back. It felt good to know that the posters we made would be used to support a good cause.
