I loved going to the Botanical garden and volunteering! I have never been to the Botanical Gardens here in Memphis, did not know you all had one until recently. We helped pull weeds with the help of Ms.Lienna, and she was absolutely great and very knowledgeable about plants and trees and such, and it was very interesting to hear about certain plants and how you can ingest some of the very plants that I have seen in my day to day life growing up. Overall a very rewarding and enriching experience, and met some great people out there helping me as well!

It was amazing. We learned about the different plants. We seen how they make fruits. We helped pull up weeds.
