The Catholic Charities has given me the most insight on what our community is in need of and who is in need. While volunteering in the clothing closet you spend time taking donations and help sort through those donations. There is usually someone in need who has made an appointment to shop. My first shopper made it the most heart warming experience for me!

I volunteer at CCWTN, because I have always liked helping others. I clearly remember my 6th grade teacher Mrs. Katz at PS 198 in Brooklyn NY. Telling me I was going to be an attorney one day. Because of my willingness to help others, no matter the consequences to myself. Well, I didn’t go to law school!!! However, I am still trying to help others.
