I had the opportunity to intern with the CSC in the fall of my senior year. Through this experience, I learned about the needs of child survivors of maltreatment, as well as the importance in supporting and educating families in the community. The Children's Safety Center is an incredible organization that does a wonderful job of implementing the CAC model in Washington CO. I am thankful to know that these people and this place is advocating for children in my community!
