About
Help us bring the 2026 Indie Memphis Film Festival to a close! Closing Night volunteers will help prepare for and welcome guests to the Closing Night Reception before supporting our final Halloran Centre screening of the festival.
Volunteers may assist with reception setup, guest check-in, passes and credentials, food and drink distribution, ticket and pass scanning, wayfinding, guest flow, and other event and screening needs throughout the evening.
This is a flexible, guest-facing shift that transitions from reception support to screening support. Volunteers should be prepared to assist wherever needed as the evening progresses.
