About
Powerhouse volunteers will help welcome audiences and keep one of the festival’s busiest venues running smoothly for the 2026 Indie Memphis Film Festival.
Volunteer responsibilities may include scanning tickets and passes, welcoming and directing guests, assisting with lines and the Last Minute Line process, answering basic festival questions, and supporting overall guest flow.
Volunteers should be comfortable in a busy, guest-facing environment and prepared for flexible assignments throughout their shift. Training and instructions will be provided.
Indie Memphis events are collaborative, so volunteers should be prepared to assist with other venue needs as they arise.

Screening tickets, bring-a-friend tickets, and Festival Passes can also be used during Encore Dates, November 9 - 10.
