Opening Night is almost here! Join the Indie Memphis volunteer crew as we welcome guests to the first night of the 2026 Indie Memphis Film Festival.
Volunteers will help bring the evening to life, from welcoming guests at the Opening Night Reception and supporting our Opening Night screening to keeping the celebration going at the Opening Night Party.
Volunteers may assist with event setup, guest check-in, passes and credentials, drink tickets, ticket scanning, wayfinding, guest flow, and general event support.
This is one of our biggest festival events and a great opportunity to be part of the energy of Opening Night!

Volunteers also receive: Downtown Dining Week perks, community-service verification when needed, and an invitation to a post-festival volunteer appreciation party.
