Open Opportunity


Serve as a mentor through MAM's Amplify Mentor Program (AMP). High school students apply for this program which combines mentoring, life skills, training, and work experience to develop employable, prepared individuals for success. 

Mentor commitment:
  • Work with youth until May.
  • Follow all policies and procedures, as outlined by the director.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Meet with student for a minimum of two hours a month. 
  • Attend ongoing training, as recommended.
  • Be flexible and on time.
  • Communicate with student and director well. 

After completing the application and passing a background check, the director will reach out to you in order to schedule an interview. Moving forward, you will be required to attend an orientation session.

Please note: MAM volunteers are required to wear a face mask at all times and will complete a health screening, including a temperature check, upon arrival. Virtual mentoring available, upon request.
