This Volunteer Opportunity entails sitting behind plexiglass at our front desk. Many times, clients come in the building to meet with members of our housing department in the afternoon. This Volunteer would take their information and then call upstairs to let their case manager know they arrived. Sometimes they field questions about donations and programs- but the volunteer has a list of who to call on staff to help.
This is not a fast paced position. Most afternoons are pretty slow and there is down time to read or to work on something else while sitting there.

Hi Zinnia! Thank you for signing up to serve with us. Dress code is casual. Jeans and tshirt are fine. Nothing to short or low cut. Modest casual:)
