About
This is the 6th annual Lake Sequoyah Cleanup and volunteers will be helping our local water quality by cleaning the shores, roads, trails and hillsides of this water body that eventually flows into Beaver Lake. We ask our volunteers to please wear your muck/rain boots if you’ve got them so we can clean up along the muddy shoreline where most of the floating trash collects. All are welcome to bring kayaks/canoes, and a motorized boat will run interested volunteers to shores. Water, gloves and supplies provided; lunch and door prizes provided for volunteers at 11:15. Contact Elle Henson at egh001@uark.edu for more info.
