Herb Garden Weeding

The Herb Garden is in dire need of extra hands between now and Thursday, May 30! The Botanical Bars: Herbal Highballs will be held in the Herb Garden the evening of the 30th and - to put it succinctly - the Herb Garden is a mess.  Some of you know this, but for those who don't, the Herb Garden is in the process of being redone. It has been ten years and it is time to amend the soil in the formal area. A few stalwart Herb Garden volunteers and I have decided the best way to upgrade the HG and make it more visitor friendly is to make groupings of the herbs, allowing them to be on an edge so every plant is accessible to touch and smell and read the signs easily. The plan is to remove some of the plants we are to keep, then amend and till the beds. This needs to be done before next Thursday. No prior experience is required!
