This included two group meetings with my partners, one zoom call with the people over us, and me printing the material for the scavenger hunt!

We met with our group of class members and discussed what we would all do individually. We discussed our expectations and ideal timeline for events and planning. Notes were taken and a plan was decided. We bounced different ideas off of each other and got a good understanding of what we want each others role to be and how we would plan and execute going forward!

Met with our group for the first time and go over the plan and timeline of the scavenger hunt. We introduced our self to our leaders and our directors. We were given expectations and divided up roles. We met at the NWA BBBS location and discussed future meetings and plans!
