Assisted in organizing check-in, snack cart, silent auction and a hole-in one contest. This was a very nice opportunity to help raise money and awareness for those in need.

Helped a 4th grade student rewrite her nonfiction story so that she and others could read it without problem.

Started an American Sign Language class and learned colors and clothing signs.

I observed a 4th grade teacher and class to learn the best way to set up a literacy small group learning session.

I mentored two students with special needs and was able to increase their attitudes about school and help improve their academic performance.
