During my time volunteering for 99ballons I spent the night hanging out with a 3 year old whose older brother has special needs. This little boy had a blast running around and dancing all night long. It is always such an amazing experience getting to interact and help the families that give so much to their children. I look forward to volunteering each mouth to help fill the needs of 99ballons.

At rEcess you get pair with a child with a disability or one of their siblings. This night is all about them, they get to do pretty much whatever they want to do. Their parents get the night off to go do anything they want as well. I love volunteering for recess because it is a great way to give back to families in our community along with building relationship with the kids that come.

I loved volunteering at rEcess. Working with the children with special needs taught me more about myself along with how to live life. I fell in love with the children and the volunteers there. These kid's laughter and love for life is contagious. I loved working with them and hope to do it again soon.

I volunteered to paint the game-day banner for the homecoming football game. I helped with the sketch and painting.

I love volunteering at Washington Elementary. Getting to work with the kids and teachers is always one of my favorite things to do every week. Whether we are helping teachers decorate their classrooms, grading papers, or testing student or helping the kids read, color, and teach them has been truly eye opening.
