| Description | Your Role as an After School Club Fellow: After School Club Fellows are volunteers who help Oasis of Hope create a welcoming, safe, and purpose-filled after-school environment for students. Fellows serve as steady adult support during arrival, homework projects, club transition, classroom instruction, activity/project time, recreation, reflection, and dismissal. Fellows are not expected to replace the Club Facilitator. Instead, they strengthen the daily program by helping students settle in, stay organized, complete homework, participate in activities, follow expectations, and feel seen, supported, and encouraged. |
