We ask that volunteers wear a polo if possible. There is a limited number of polos available for some volunteers to wear if needed.

If a volunteer does not have a polo, that is completely fine—business casual attire, such as a button-down shirt, is appropriate for the event.

Shift Name🏌️‍♂️Hole-in-One Watchers – The Moment Makers
Description

This is one of the most important (and exciting!) jobs on the course.

We’ll have:

  • Volunteers at the tee box to track players and witness shots

  • Volunteers at the green to confirm where the ball lands and keep official records

Your mission? Keep track of teams as they rotate through and be ready in case someone nails that unforgettable hole-in-one!

What you’ll do:

  • Observe and verify shots

  • Communicate with your partner volunteers

  • Celebrate big moments (and maybe witness a once-in-a-lifetime shot!)

Perfect for volunteers who enjoy being outdoors and staying engaged in the action.
