Hello I’m Isaac, I was wondering what I had to do to volunteer within the gym. I am belay certified by Memphis Rox and I would just love the opportunity to be able to able to give a little back to the community that’s has given me so much. If you happen to need a belay certified volunteer I am free for a few hours 3/24/23.

Hello, my name is Michael. I'm trying to volunteer so I can access the gym to learn how to climb. Do I just need to register and volunteer at events to be able to use the gym? Thanks.

Yes, I would be happy to help you Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Memphis Rox. We have many exciting opportunities that we hope you will consider being a part of. We have daily needs at the gym that we need volunteer help with, as well as some one-time opportunities. We also have partnerships with several other local nonprofits with whom we coordinate special volunteer opportunities. All volunteer program participants are eligible to earn monthly memberships for five hours a month. —

We do have a volunteer painting event this Saturday from 12pm-4pm. Unfortunately all the spots have been reserved on the online platform, but you are still most welcome to attend the event without pre-registering! Please let me know if you have any further questions!
