Pilot Leaders will serve as a semester long volunteer coordinator for their partner agency. As a Pilot Leader you will be responsible for recruiting University of Arkansas volunteers/sustaining reoccurring volunteers, maintaining volunteer schedules, project management, GivePulse updates for the agency's page, and help promote the agency you are working with. As well as setting up the GivePulse Page for the partner agency for Make a Difference Day. This is a great opportunity for Pilot Leaders to gain a multitude of new skills such as leadership skills, volunteer management, and help creating structure within the Pilot Leaders partner agency, while having fun, feeling rewarded with your work, and being engaged in your NWA community.
