The Grizzlies TEAM Mentor Program is a very unique approach to mentoring. We are a school-based mentoring program, administered by the Memphis Grizzlies Foundation, that pairs 3 volunteer mentors with 6 mentees to form one TEAM. Mentees and mentors meet once a week for 90 minutes typically immediately following school dismissal. As a program in the Grizzlies Foundation, we are deeply committed to youth mentoring as a key strategy to achieve our shared goals for all students in Memphis: success in college and life.
