Dorothy Day House provides transitional housing for families experiencing homelessness in Memphis, TN. Working with other local agencies, staff members and volunteers, we work to provide families with a safe environment and the means to re-establish their independence.
Interested in other volunteer opportunities with us? We have opportunities for everything from yardwork to childcare. Just fill out our volunteer form on our website using the link below. We'll contact you when opportunities arise that match your selected interests. If you can't make it, no big deal! We'll leave you on our list and ask the next time.
Note: Childcare volunteers require the completion of our Child Safe Policy, background check, and training before they are able to volunteer with our families.
