About
Come volunteer with us on RACE DAY for the 44th YV5K! Volunteers are essential to every aspect of the race and help us cross the finish line of a successful race day!
All volunteers must complete a confidentiality and liability waiver prior to volunteering. We will provide training for this role at the beginning of your shift, so please arrive on time.
Our children's area volunteers will oversee one station. This could be balloon animals, face painting, or the inflatables! You will receive a complimentary VOLUNTEER shirt on race day. Please be prepared to help with set up and break down of your area prior to finishing for the day.
If YOU are interested in making balloon animals or doing face-paint, as opposed to overseeing them, please contact Anna Otto directly.
Once you've completed your volunteer tasks, be sure to stick around for LIVE MUSIC, refreshments, and children's area activities.
Please reach out to anna.otto@youthvillages.org if you have any additional questions or concerns.
