Day of Merrymaking Festival at Overton Park

About
Our family festival returns for its fifth year, and we’ll need help to pull it off! You can volunteer for a setup shift on Friday, June 2 (helping us haul supplies from the Conservancy office to the Greensward, set up tents, etc.). There are also shifts available for setup and vendor load-in on Saturday morning, event shifts, and tear-down shifts. Let us know your preference by filling out the form below. Station depends on day and time of your shift. The event itself takes place on the Greensward.
We will implement one-way traffic plan for the day of the event. In the week leading up to the event we will send out a map with directions and parking locations.
