We are looking for volunteers to sell event program books at the Germantown Charity Horse Show. The Germantown Charity Horse Show (GCHS) is one of the largest all-breed horse shows in the country. For over 20 years, GCHS has selected Kindred Place as the charity for their event, and one of the perks of being the charity is that all of the proceeds from the program book sales will go directly to Kindred Place, a counseling and education center for parents, partners, and individuals in Midtown Memphis.
Volunteers will be assigned to sell event program books to attendees as they come through the front and rear entrances and those seated at the show. It is an outdoor event, so volunteers should wear comfortable clothing (company t-shirts or other attire are more than acceptable). Volunteers will be able to attend the show for free, and they can bring family and friends to volunteer with them.
The volunteer shifts are 1.75 hours Tuesday – Friday and 2 hours on Saturday.
