Join the Cooper-Young Garden Club in their annual Garden Walk. This year features 94 gardens, 40 of which are secret gardens. Volunteers are needed to check tickets and ensure visitors are wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Volunteers are needed to ensure that the homeowners, who have worked so hard on their outdoor spaces, are able to tour other gardens as well.
Volunteers are placed in a garden for their shift and have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space and interact with guests. No garden knowledge is needed.
Volunteering for one shift guarantees yourself a ticket to tour the gardens, experience 6 musical acts, and get discounts at local restaurants and Memphis Made Brewing.
This is a wonderful way to explore Cooper-Young, get ideas on how to go home and beautify their space, and earn a FREE TICKET to the Garden Walk.
Registration closes May 7th so claim your spot soon! On May 7th, you will get your ticket information, address of the garden you are in, and additional information.
