The Chelsea Avenue Farmers Market is an open-air community farmer's market at the intersection of Chelsea Avenue and Springdale Street in the Hollywood-Hyde Park neighborhood. Our mission is to create a shared space for local farmers, neighborhood growers, and community craft makers that is rich with economic and retail opportunities. We aim to foster small businesses and independent vendors using open-space as community information transfer hub to inspire healthy, whole, abundant living in North Memphis.
Volunteer opportunities include assisting with farmer's market set-up and break down, site beautification - digging, planting, building garden boxes and flower beds on-site while using tools provided. You may bring your own tools and also donate materials. Materials donations can be made to Memphis Tilth, 575 Suzette Street-C, Memphis, TN 38108.
CLOSED-TOE SHOES ARE MANDATORY!
