Dog Days of Summer

Saturday, August 17th, 2019 from 10:00am to 4:00pm

About

Join the Dog Days of Summer Puppy Patrol to help us make sure that water dispensers are full, pools are fresh and the grounds are clean.

The public has been invited to:
Enjoy a day out with your canine companions! We invite you to bring your well-behaved pups to the Metal Museum grounds for a day of fun. Treats for both dogs and humans will be available from MEMPopS, TopDawgz, Stanley's Street Treats and Hollywood Feed. ALIVE Rescue Memphis will also be joining us with some adoptable dogs for you to socialize with! While you're here, have a keepsake paw print casting made in the Foundry, and customize your own stamped-copper dog tags. You can park your puppy on the porch while you enjoy the Museum's indoor exhibitions (non-service dogs are not allowed inside) or soak in the splendor of our outdoor Sculpture Garden. There will be fans, plenty of shade, water stations and doggie pools set up throughout the grounds to help your pets beat the summer heat. This event is FREE and open to the public.
